Use of the 999dk platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 999dk actively enforces this restriction and will close any account where the holder is found to be underage. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and non-payable.
To access real-money games and services on 999dk, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration flow. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one active account on 999dk. Indicators used to identify duplicate accounts include but are not limited to: CNIC number, mobile phone number, device fingerprint, IP address, bank account details, and payment method identifiers. 999dk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances associated with them pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 999dk login credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999dk's support team immediately. 999dk will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
999dk may require you to complete identity verification at any point during your account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing your first withdrawal, after a material change in your account activity, or when required by the platform's regulatory obligations. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 999dk may result in temporary account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
999dk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity is detected; (c) the Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining after deducting applicable bonus funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to KYC clearance.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 999dk reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to Rs 500 per month on dormant accounts after this period, provided the account balance permits. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if access issues arise.

The primary account currency for Pakistani players on 999dk is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, they will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit crediting. 999dk is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and crediting.

In the event of conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific terms shall prevail. 999dk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Wagering on restricted game categories (e.g., certain live casino tables or low-margin markets) may not count towards rollover completion or may count at a reduced rate as stated in the specific offer terms.
999dk takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (such as low-risk matched betting across bonus-eligible markets), and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, 999dk reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, and to close the player's account.
Participation in the 999dk VIP Programme is subject to separate programme terms. Points are earned on real-money wagers and accrue toward tier progression. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management, are subject to change at 999dk's discretion. 999dk reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate a player's VIP status for any reason, including but not limited to suspected bonus abuse or a material breach of these Terms.
All bets placed on 999dk are subject to the platform's bet acceptance policy. 999dk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not the intended market format, bets placed using incorrectly listed odds due to a manifest error, and bets that exceed the maximum stake limit applicable to a specific market or player account.
Where an odds price or market is clearly displayed in error — including due to technical malfunction, data feed failure, or human input error — 999dk reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the stake to the player's account. A "manifest error" is defined as an error that would have been obvious to a reasonable person at the time of bet placement.
For PSL, international cricket, and other cricket markets: (a) matches must be completed for most markets to be settled, unless specific "abandoned match" rules are stated in the market description; (b) the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board or tournament organiser shall be used for settlement purposes; (c) 999dk is not responsible for delays in result declaration by the relevant governing body; and (d) in-play markets are offered at 999dk's discretion and may be suspended at any point during live play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999dk and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

By using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to 999dk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
999dk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — 999dk will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 999dk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
